Start Microsoft Outlook. The following screen appears. Click Add Account.
If the above screen does not appear, click Tools > Accounts.
The following screen appears. Click the icon next to "Exchange Account".
Fill in your name, email address and password. Then select Manual set up or additional server types
Choose outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service. Click Next
The following screen appears.
Fill in your PTS Info
- Your Name
- E-mail address (email@example.com)
- User name (your email address without "@ptsem.edu"firstname.lastname)
- Your PTS password
- Leave Configure Automatically checked
- Click Add AccountClick Next.
The following screen appears. If you have any existing folders or email, they will populate almost immediately. You can change both "Account description" and "Full name" to whatever you want. When done, close the screen. You're in.
You'll see a connection screen. Once all three phases of verification are complete, your email account has been set up. Enjoy!
