Search and install the Microsoft Outlook App on the Apple App Store or the Android Play store.
Open the app that was installed on your device.
Enter your ptsem email address and select add account
***If prompted for the Microsoft Office 365 information, please click the option of "Not Office 365" and select the change account provider
Select Exchange from the provided list.
Select the Advanced Settings option and enter the following information:
Email address: your full PTS email address (ex. firstname.lastname@ptsem.edu)
Password: your pts password
Description: PTS
Server: mail.ptsem.edu
Domain: pts-eden.org
username: your PTS user account (ex. firstname.lastname)
Click Sign in
